+45 33 41 10 36 nsp@handelskammer.dkOn Tuesday, 2 December, we hosted a webinar focusing on the latest updates to the Danish Bookkeeping Act and the current status of e-invoicing requirements.
From 1 January 2026, companies with a foreign establishment (FE) or permanent establishment (PE) in Denmark are subject to the new digital bookkeeping requirements. These rules introduce a fundamental shift in how companies must record, store, and report their financial data.
Participants received a detailed overview of the new legal framework and its practical implications for businesses operating in Denmark, including the specific obligations and functionalities that bookkeeping systems must support to ensure compliance.
The session also included an update on future requirements for VAT reporting in Denmark.
The webinar was organised in collaboration with our Tax Partner KPMG Acor Tax.
Thank you to KPMG Acor Tax for the collaboration and to all participants for joining us.
